Pan Pizza is one of the specialties of Chicago, and it's just a pizza with a much thicker and softer dough. It is a mix between a focaccia and the Italian pizza, and the personal signature is that the pan pizza has a good layer of cheese, along with the rest of the ingredients. The trick is, you will have a hard time deciding where to start eating it: The ingredients or the crust? It is all up to you!
