The Pico de Las Nieves is the second highest peak in the Canarian islands, with 1949 metres and being the geografical center of the island. This area is formed by a big massif, called the central massif with the peak being the highest spot. The road which goes up until the viewpoint crosses crops, ravines and rock formations. The landscape is so, a unique one very typical from the volcanic islands full of vegetation and exoti trees. Take a jacket because in this peak it is usually colder than in the rest of the island.
