If you tried many times these deep fried balls in your country and you didn’t really like them, then while in Israel you need to give them a second chance. They are made out of chickpeas and wrapped in a sandwich or pita read with lots of fresh vegetables and with a yogurt sauce or just served with some salad. Just delicious.
