Toronto islands are a group of islands located in Ontario Lake, in front of Toronto’s downtown. They’re the favorite place of the inhabitants of the city at weekends and a fantastic space to get in touch with nature, full of green areas by the lake. The islands are communicated among them through several bridges and from the land you can reach the islands via ferry, on the port at the end of Yonge Street.
What can you do on the islands? Walk, ride a bicycle, watch the skyline of the city or even, during summer months, have a swim in one of the beaches.
