Anne Frank's house is the house-museum, located in Amsterdam, of the famous girl who wrote Anne Frank's Diary, a book in which she tells how she hid in the house along with her Jewish family during the years of the Nazi occupation. Visiting this house is traveling back to the past and although the theme is not very nice, you get an idea and empathize with the horror that many Jewish families edured during the Nazi era. If you have read the book you will relive every moment described in its pages. If not, this is the best place to learn a little history and if you want, buy the book. If you don't want to spend a whole morning queuing, we recommend you to buy the tickets online and in advance another way is for you to go very early in the morning.
