Dam Square, Amsterdam
52.373233 4.892592
It is one of Amsterdam's most important squares. It has the 22 meters National Monument commemorating those who died during World War II and the Royal Palace, a neoclassical palace built in 1655 that housed the town hall for years and in which official acts are held now.
Besides, the square is surrounded by beautiful historic buildings like the Royal Palace and on it, you will always find a great atmosphere. A perfect place to stroll or people watch.
