Hurva Synagogue is an iconic and historic synagogue in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. It was founded in the 18th century by the followers of Judah HeHasid and after being destroyed some years later it started to be called the “Ruin Synagogue”, and many years later it was renewed.
