Europe - Spain - Lanzarote
Lanzarote has a strong wine tradition as well. The vine crops extend in the South of the island and grow between volcanic fields giving to the wine a very special flavour and that’s why they also have their own designation of origin. In Lanzarote many types of wines are produced, but the most common is the wine Malvasía, a sweet wine made out of the grapes which have the same name.
