The fish ia very common in many dishes in the Canarian Islands and it is prepared in many ways: fried, stewed, baked, grilled… The most traditional is to serve it with the sauce mojo rojo (spicy) or mojo verde (with coriander and lighter). Same way, the seafood is very common in Lanzarote.
