The Madeira corn is the most famous accompaniment in Madeira. You can find it in many meat and fish meals, and it is prepeared with corn flour, salt, parsley, garlic, cabbage and fat. Then the mix of everything has to be cooked during one hour and then cut in cubes and it is ready to eat. You can also fry them after.
