Europe - Italy - Milan
The Ossobuco, which in Italian means empty bone, is a type of veal cut. The cut comes from the tibia or femur from the animal with which different typical dishes from Milan are made. Normally it’s served with a little bit of Rissoto alla Milanese and gremolata, a sauce made with garlic and parsley.
