The Gulab Jamun is one of the typical desserts of Mumbai. It’s made with a dough of powder milk, flour, sugar, rosewater and colored saffron to give it its characteristic red color. It's shaped as a ball and fried in oil. Usually sold on the street, it's easy to find them.
