The kabsa is a traditional dish in Saudi Arabia and in Yemen, among other countries. The recipe varies depending on the chef, but the main ingredients are the rice with meat, usually chicken, lamb, camel or goat, vegetables and many spices. Sometimes they also add nuts on top.
