Europe - Spain - Seville
In Seville, the montaditos are everywhere. One of the most typical ones is the Montadito de Pringá. The pringá are the remains of meat that have crumbled when cooking a stew or Andalusian stew. The recipe is simple: everything is mixed and crushed and then spread on a piece of bread. Done and absolutely delicious!
