The Dumplings are a kind of raviolis, sometimes salty and sometimes sweet, a traditional meal in Asia. They are made with a base of flour, potato, bread or of matza, and they are often filled with meat or fish, or with fruit or something sweet. They are very easy to prepeared and in Taipei you’ll find them almost everywhere.
