Rijsttafel is a dish of Indonesian origin characteristic of Dutch cuisine. Due to the colonization of the country, this dish has already been assimilated as a typical Dutch dish. The recipe is not boring as there are more than twenty dishes of meat, chicken and vegetables that are accompanied with different types of rice. Sometimes it is served all mixed and can be a little spicy.
