These stuffed peppers (that’s the meaning of punjene paprike) are very popular in Croatia, but also in the rest of the Balkan countries. Bell peppers are stuffed with minced meat inside, rice, spices, all together with tomato sauce and many times accompanied with pavlaka (something between iogurt and cheese).
