The Raclette is another cheese dish similar than the Fondue, also using the melted cheese. The cheese used for the Raclette is usually another type than the one used for the Fondue. Also, another different feature from the Fondue is that it is served in individual trays. When the cheese is melted, it’s time to soak cooked potatoes, cucumbers, onions and even fruits in the end.
