Ceviche is a common delicacy in several countries in Central and Latin America in general. In Panama City -and elsewhere- there is seafood market where there are many stands that serve a very good quality one. The ceviche is made of cutted pieces of fish or seafood marinated in lime juice or lemon. In Panama it is common to eat it as an appetizer and often supplemented with tomato sauce or soda crackers.
