A Paris-Brest is a very typical cake in France and, as the name suggests, from the capital. The dough is choux paste, the same that is used to make profiteroles. In between, there is a layer of praline cream. Often, the cake is decorated with pieces of fruit, chocolate or any other ingredient that enhances or complements the flavor of this delicious dessert.
