Commonly served as a mezze dish, together with dishes like hummus and moutabel, chicken livers is another interesting Jordanian dish. They are usually cooked in olive oil with just a few simple seasonings like garlic, parsley, and salt, and then sometimes sprinkled with some lemon juice.
