The clams in the green sauce are a very popular traditional meal of the region. Its main ingredient is, obviously, the clam. First, you need to boil the clams with garlic and parsley, which will give a very tasty touch to the seafood. You can always mix it with some pasta and usually it is accompained with a good white wine, like the popular Txakoli.
