In the north of Spain, basically in Navarra and in the Basque Country, it is very popular and common to go from bar to bar to eat pinchos with a cold beer. Usually, when people go out from work, they meet with friends and do a pincho route. The main ingredient of the pincho is the bread, usually pierced with a wooden stick, and on the bread there can be many ingredients: potato omlet, ham, pepper with olives, tuna… Just try them all!
