Khaw Pad Grapao Muu is an easy to cook dish often cooked in Thai homes’ stoves. It has chopped pork with onion, cilantro leaves and rice. A fried egg is usually added on top. An option is to substitute pork for chicken, and is then called Khaw Pad Grapao Gai.
