Tom Yum Kung is Thailand’s best known soup and it’s almost always found in restaurant menus. What stands out the most about it is its flavor mix: salty, sour and spicy its ingredients give it. They include chicken, lime, mushrooms, garlic, soybeans, ginger and a thousand other condiments! It’s usually served on a small stove for it not to get cold.
