Known as Cinnamon rolls, Korvapuusti is a typical bun characteristic of Nordic countries. It's usually the most common dough to be served with coffee or tea in Finland. They are made with stretched dough, butter, sugar and cinnamon. Then it’s rolled and then cut into thick slices and all portions are put in the oven. It's best to eat this dessert when it's still hot: with the heat of the oven the sugar and cinnamon dissolve and create a rich mix of flavors.
