Lihapiirakka is a very typical stuffed pie in Finland. It has a mixture of minced meat, mustard sauce, pickles and onions inside. Although these are the most common ingredients, you can also add some others, depending on your preferences. Finns often eat it at lunch or as a snack to protect their appetite. This pie is a simple, energetic and really good dish.
