Europe - Finland - Helsinki
Kalakukko is a traditional bread which is very common in Finland. It's made with rye flour and the funny thing is that a filling of fish, pork and potatoes is added. Its appearance is somewhat energetic but for those who like pork, it's a highly recommended dish. The appearance of the bread is somewhat odd: rye flour makes bread adopt a dark brown.
