Cheese is one of the favorite ingredients in Houston and it is really common for it to appear in any dish. One of the most curious delicacies is the cheese soup, an original recipe from Canada, which consists in melting the cheese with cream and then adding pieces of bread and a little bit of crispy garlic on top. Another recipe is the slice of bread with cream cheese, like a sandwich, although there are many more recipes that use cheese as main or complementary ingredient.
