You can also find it as Relyenong Bangus. Bangus is a very common fish in the Philippines. It is often eaten for breakfast, accompanied by rice or a fried egg. Its preparation is very laborious although the result is fantastic. The skin of the fish is marinated and a mixture of vegetables and meat fish itself is used to make the stuffing. Then, it's fried and served. Truly delicious!
