Fornells is a fishing town at the North of Minorca. This pintoresque outstands for being in a 3 km. long bay, which has given it one of the most important natural ports in the whole island. One of its biggest attraction is the lobster Caldereta, a typical Menorquian dish with vegetables and lobster. They say this town has the best recipe on the island though competence is served.
