Rugelach are candy, very traditional among Jews. Many find a great similarity between croissants and these cakes, since its shape and flavor are quite similar. The dough is made with egg, and chocolate or marmalade is often spread to later be cut in triangles and rolled up. They are cooked in the oven and the result is delicious.
