Europe - Spain - Alicante
Paella is one of the Spanish dishes that is most internationalized. It’s a delicacy that has already spread throughout the country but we owe this great culinary invention to Valencia. The original recipe dictates that only rice with meat, vegetables and a touch of saffron and the place to savor is in the countryside. But over the years the formula has evolved and now the rice stew fish or shellfish added and eaten at sea, the mountains, in the city or wherever. In Alicante they prepared wonder and surely is one of the dishes that you cannot escape if you visit any of the beaches in the area.
