Migas or gachasmigas is a typical dish of the cuisine of southern Spain. In the region of Murcia and Valencia in general there's a lot of tradition to cook it and it's a highly nutritious dish. The dish consists of mixing flour, oil, salt, water and potatoes in a pan sheet to go undoing flour gradually until all the dough is uniform. Then the dough is fried and flipped and is usually accompanied with bacon, sausage, salami, peppers or fish.
