Middle East - Jordan - Amman

The kibbeh is one of the most common dishes on the whole Near East, and even in Latin-American. In Jordan it is no surprise, you can find it in many restaurants of the country, and in Amman, is one of their big specialties. The main ingredients of the kibbeh are wheat cracked with lean meat, chopped onions and adorned with spices. Usually they have egg shape and accompanied with dry fruits.
