If you love yogurt and cheeses, you are going to love this dish. The Labneh is a fresh cheese-yogurt with a base of milk from cows, sheep and, according to the recipe, also goats. It is served with the shape of balls, that were previously soaked in olive oil to preserve them. To add flavor, it is usually served with a mint leaf.
