Baklava is the Turks' favorite dessert. It's made with pastry dough mixed with honey or fruit syrup. It's usually filled with walnuts or pistachios (among other ingredients) and then, before putting them in the oven, they are coated with other ingredients like pieces of chocolate, pistachios or almonds, for example.
