Testi kebab is a very common meat stew in the Antalya region, but this dish is also widely spread all across Turkey. It's cooked in an elongated ceramic bowl, almost like a amphora- that's put on the fire. The hole used to introduce the food to the container is covered with foil or some other material. The recipe changes depending on the tastes of the guests or the chef, but the dish usually has lamb, potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, pepper, cumin, olive oil, a pinch of salt and spices.
