Honey is a recurring ingredient in Turkish cuisine and it's used in both sweet and salty dishes. There's really nothing to say about this dish the name pretty much says it all. It is a dish prepared with chicken cooked in a pan or in the oven with honey. Potatoes are also very common in Turkey, and they specially love them when fried. Chicken with honey can be served alone or with some bread, fries or even rice.
