The chorreadas are tortillas with broiled corncobs, milk, eggs, flour, sugar, although this last ingredient doesn’t always appear depending on the recipe. Sometimes they add white cheese or custard. The chorreadas are seasoned and broiled on a hot plate and, the chorreadas earn its name for the act of cooking them, because the dough melts and drips over when you cook them
