White City of Tel Aviv is the main outdoor museum of the Bauhaus architectural movement. Most buildings are residential and, as the name tells, are white with an aesthetic, simple and functional looks. It was built between 1920 and 1940, during one of the golden ages when many things changed in the city. In the White House, there are more than 4000 Bauhaus style buildings and since 2003 it's a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Its exceptional architecture makes it unique and its people and buildings have known how to adapt this style to their traditions and culture. If you like architecture and discovering new styles, this is definitely a must in your to do list! There are regular tours, which allow you to get to know this part of the city a little bit better.
