Caldereta de Llagosta (lobster) is one of the most reputated in Minorca's gastronomy, specially in Fornells. It's made from onion, tomato, garlic and chopped lobster and used to be fishermen's common dish. It has now become a delicatessen served in top restaurants and specially expensive. There are different ones, such as the rock fish one, but the lobster is still the best known.
