Rubiol is pastty filled with sweet or salty ingredient very common in Minorca and Mallorca. They have a small pastry form and the dough is made from flour filled with cottage chese or mermelade for the sweet ones, or vegetables, spinachs, raisins or sauté for the salty noes.It's very typical specially during Easter.
