Ca 'Rezzonico is one of Venice's most beautiful palaces and one of the few in the city that still can be visited. It is on the banks of the Grand Canal and although it is a little smaller than Doge's Palace, some of the rooms are rather striking.
The palace was built in the seventeenth century and it belonged to the Rezzonico family. The building is stunning inside and out and shows the Venetian nobles' lives during Venice's golden age. Among all its rooms there is the Settecento Veneziano Museum, a 3 floors exhibition that's full of objects and treasures of the nobles who inhabited the palace in the past, like Pope Clement XIII.
